Sunlight against witnessed power

Irradiance comes from three independent weather services; power comes from the device and is signed inside its secure element. When the two disagree — power without sunlight, or sunlight without power — the validator says so. This is the check that caught a lamp burning at night. The chain record is public and permanent; the validator’s conclusions are published separately, because a witness and a judge should not be the same party.
